依据《企业信息公示暂行条例》、《注册资本登记制度改革方案》、《个体工商户条例》和《农民专业合作社登记管理条例》,总局制定了《个体工商户年度报告暂行办法》和《农民专业合作社年度报告公示暂行办法》,两个《办法》均自2014年10月1日起施行。两个《办法》的主要内容包括如下方面。1.关于适用范围。两个《办法》分别适用于个体工商户、农民专业合作社。2.关于报告时间。个体工商户和农民专业合作社应于每年1月1日至6月30日向登记机关报送年度报告。当年开业的个体工商户或当年设立登记的农民专业合作社,自下一年起报送。3.关于管辖分工。负责个体工商户、农民专
