“学校无小事,事事有教育;教师无小事,处处是楷模;管理无空白,时时能育人。”细节成为学校教育质量和教育服务水平的有力表现形式。因而,校长必须深谙“细节管理”的奥秘,管理学校、处置问题于细微处见功夫。1.关注部门作用,调动全体教师的积极性。学校唯一的核心竞争力和差异化其实就是一群以工作为乐的高素质教师,而获得并留住这些教师,最终激发他们的工作热忱靠
