目的通过Meta分析系统评价国内CA125联合CA199及HE4在卵巢癌诊断中的价值。方法根据关键词系统检索CNKI知网、维普、万方数据库,按照统一标准纳入和排除标准,筛选2001年1月-2016年1月国内公开发表的相应文献。结果最终获得有效文献7篇,Meta-Disc1.4软件及STATA12.0软件分析可知,单独检测CA125的灵敏度0.7(0.65 to 0.74)、特异度0.88(0.86 to 0.91)、诊断比值比24.23(11.14to 52.70)、SROC下曲线面积0.921 8、Q指数0.855 5;联合CA125、CA199及HE4诊断的灵敏度0.93(0.89 to 0.95)、特异度0.81(0.78 to 0.84)、诊断比值比73.56(25.47 to 212.41)、SROC下曲线面积0.966 7、Q指数0.914 6。结论相较于单独检测CA125,联合CA125、CA199及HE4肿瘤标志物诊断效能较高。
Objective To evaluate the value of domestic CA125 combined with CA199 and HE4 in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer by Meta analysis system. Methods Based on the key words system, CNKI, Wangpu and Wanfang databases were searched, and the corresponding literatures published in China from January 2001 to January 2016 were screened in accordance with the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. The results obtained 7 valid literatures. The results of Meta-Disc 1.4 software and STATA12.0 software showed that the sensitivity and specificity of CA125 alone were 0.7 (0.65 to 0.74), 0.88 (0.86 to 0.91) and 24.23 (11.14 to 52.70), the curve area under SROC was 0.921 8, and the Q index was 0.855 5. The sensitivity of combined CA125, CA199 and HE4 diagnosis was 0.93 (0.89 to 0.95), specificity was 0.81 (0.78 to 0.84), and the diagnostic odds ratio was 73.56 (25.47 to 212.41) SROC under the curve area of 0.966 7, Q index 0.914 6. Conclusion Compared with the detection of CA125 alone, combined with CA125, CA199 and HE4 tumor markers higher diagnostic efficacy.
