目的:建立不同来源山西产柴胡中皂苷类成分HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,为科学评价与有效控制柴胡质量提供参考。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了10个不同来源山西产柴胡样品。结果:建立了HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,并对其进行了相似度比较。结论:山西产柴胡中皂苷类成分均得到很好分离,分析方法可靠,为全面控制柴胡药材的质量提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC fingerprinting method for the determination of saponins in Bupleurum from different sources in Shanxi and provide a reference for scientific evaluation and effective control of Bupleurum quality. Methods: Ten samples of Shanxi Bupleurum were determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. Results: The common mode of HPLC fingerprinting was established and the similarity was compared. Conclusion: The saponins from Bupleurum in Shanxi are well separated and their analytical methods are reliable, which provides a basis for the comprehensive control of the quality of Radix Bupleuri.
