加强基层党组织化解社会矛盾和处置突发事件的能力,已经成为全党全社会关注的问题,它是改革开放进一步深化的必然结果。因此,在社会分化的背景下,调整基层党组织的角色、定位显得尤为重要。这要求基层党组织增强自身权威,同时增强责任心,不断提升应变能力,从而有效化解社会矛盾,消除突发事件带来的不良影响。
Strengthening the ability of grass-roots party organizations to resolve social conflicts and handling emergencies has become a matter of concern to the entire party and society as a whole, and it is the inevitable result of the further deepening of the reform and opening up. Therefore, under the background of social differentiation, it is particularly important to adjust the role and positioning of grass-roots party organizations. This requires that the grass-roots party organizations strengthen their own authority while enhancing their sense of responsibility and continually improving their resilience so as to effectively resolve social conflicts and eliminate the adverse effects of emergencies.
