星状神经节阻滞治疗美尼尔氏征30例,通过对其中13例2年随访观察,8例治愈,5例好转。据此,作者认为星状神经节阻滞治疗美尼尔氏征有效。治疗方法病人症状发作期行双侧星状神经节阻滞,每侧用0.8%利多卡因8ml,两侧间隔15min,多数病人治1次,少数需连续2～3次可控制症状,症状控制后加强治疗1周(每天1次),休息1周后再加强治疗1周。例1 患者女,27岁。发作性眩晕、耳鸣4年。每次发作持续1～3天,周期约40天,数家医院诊为美尼尔
