残疾人中高等职业教育的有效衔接深受社会、政府、学校和企业四个方面的影响。基于协同理论的残疾人中高等职业教育衔接策略包括:发挥政府的引领作用,加强顶层设计功能,实现衔接机制上的协同性;发挥学校的主导作用,加强信息共享能力,实现衔接内容上的系统性;发挥企业的支撑作用,加强沟通合作,实现衔接路径上的有序性。
The effective connection of the higher vocational education among the handicapped people is deeply influenced by the society, the government, the school and the enterprise four aspects. The cohesion strategy of the higher vocational education for the handicapped based on the synergistic theory includes: giving play to the leading role of the government, strengthening the function of the top design and realizing the synergy of the cohesion mechanism; giving play to the leading role of the school, strengthening the capacity of information sharing and realizing the system of cohesion content Play a supporting role of enterprises, strengthen communication and cooperation, to achieve orderly convergence path.
