本文对Mg(OH)2用于杨木硫酸盐浆D1EpD2漂白的可行性进行探讨。分析了Mg(OH)2与NaOH用于D1EpD2漂白后纸浆性能差异,并得出Mg(OH)2用于漂白的最优工艺条件。研究表明,在Ep段中使用Mg(OH)2作为碱源,与传统的NaOH为碱源的碱抽提相比,处理后纸浆白度相当,强度指标虽略有下降,但是漂液中CODCr值下降了50%以上,且消耗较少的H2O2。D2段漂白时,与常规NaOH为控制剂的D2段漂白相比,均在初始pH为4.0时具有最佳漂白效果,且漂后纸浆白度较高,并有较高的撕裂指数。
In this paper, the feasibility of Mg (OH) 2 for the bleaching of poplar kraft pulp D1EpD2 was discussed. The differences of pulp properties after Mg (OH) 2 and NaOH were used in the bleaching of D1EpD2 were analyzed. The optimum technological conditions for Mg (OH) 2 bleaching were obtained. The results showed that Mg (OH) 2 was used as the alkali source in the Ep section. Compared with the conventional alkaline extraction using NaOH as the alkali source, the whiteness of the treated pulp was comparable but the intensity index decreased slightly. However, the concentration of CODCr Value dropped by more than 50% and consumed less H2O2. When bleaching stage D2, compared with D2 stage bleaching with conventional NaOH as control agent, all bleached bleached blends had the best bleaching effect at the initial pH of 4.0, and bleached pulp had higher whiteness and higher tear index.
