本调查采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法对高校体育选项课的现状进行了调查和研究。经分析,目前普通高校体育选项课存在诸多问题,其主要问题是由于教师水平较低,造成学生学习积极性不高。针对上述问题,提出的改进建议是:加快体育场地和设施建设;采取科学、合理的选项方法,引导学生正确选项;加强校际体育教师的交流,不断开发选项课的新项目;延长选项课的开设年限,大学三、四年级以体育选修课作为选项课的延续。
In this survey, the status quo of PE Elective Courses in colleges and universities was investigated and researched by means of literature review, questionnaire and interviews. After analysis, there are many problems in PE elective courses in colleges and universities at present. The main problem is that due to the low level of teachers, students’ learning enthusiasm is not high. In view of the above problems, suggestions for improvement are: speeding up the construction of sports venues and facilities; adopting scientific and reasonable options to guide students ’correct choices; strengthening inter-school physical education teachers’ exchanges and continuously developing new programs in selective courses; Open years, the third and fourth year of college elective courses as a continuation of the optional courses.
