以2007-2014年间科技上市企业为研究样本,分析了管理者能力对科技企业经营绩效的影响,实证结论表明:管理者能力对科技企业经营绩效具有显著正影响;在地区差异层面和时间差异层面,管理者能力对科技企业有显著正影响结论具有稳健性;管理者能力对民营科技企业经营绩效具有显著正影响,而其对国有科技企业经营绩效没有显著影响。
Based on the sample of science and technology listed companies from 2007 to 2014, this paper analyzes the impact of managers ’ability on the performance of science and technology enterprises. The empirical results show that: managers’ ability has a significant positive impact on the performance of science and technology enterprises; at the level of regional difference and time difference , Managers ’ability has a significant positive impact on S & T enterprises. The managers’ ability has a significant positive impact on the operating performance of S & T enterprises, while it has no significant effect on the operating performance of S & T enterprises.
