应用防治黄瓜苗期疫病生物测定法对分离获得的 1 36 8个放线菌菌株进行初步筛选。把防治效果达 80 %以上的菌株作为初筛入选菌株 ,结果选出 1 6个菌株进入复筛 ;然后对其产生的抗生素 2 5 0 7在温室进行防治黄瓜疫病试验和田小区防治小白菜霜霉病试验。结果表明 ,抗生素 2 5 0 7在温室人工接菌情况下 ,防治黄瓜疫病的效果可达 95 %以上 ,田间小区防治小白菜霜霉病的效果达到 87 5 %。抗生素 2 5 0 7具有较好的稳定性 ,能耐酸碱和储存
