3月7日上午,中共中央政治局常委张高丽来到十二届全国人大一次会议重庆代表团参加审议。全国人大代表、市委书记孙政才主持审议。黄奇帆、张轩、马正其、吴政隆、胡际权、谢德体、袁志伦、刘群8位代表,分别就建设内陆国际贸易大通道口岸枢细、社会管理创新、社会保障与改善民生、三峡重庆库区后续工作、创新驱动战略、长江上游地区生态环境保护与建设、实施走出去战略、发展新型衣民台作组织等问题先后发言,会场气氛热烈。张高丽认真听取发言、详细记录,不时与代表们互动交流。
On the morning of March 7, Zhang Gaoli, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, came to the Chongqing delegation to the first session of the 12th NPC to attend the deliberation. NPC deputies and party chiefs Sun Zhengcai presided over the deliberation. Eight delegates, including Huang Qifan, Zhang Xuan, Ma Zhengqi, Wu Zhenglong, Hu Jizhong, Xie Deti, Yuan Zhilun and Liu Qun, gave speeches respectively on the construction of a gateway to inland major international trade, social management innovation, social security and improvement of people’s livelihood. Follow-up work in the zone, innovation-driven strategy, the ecological environment protection and construction in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, the implementation of going out strategy, the development of a new type of YiRenTai organization and other issues have been made. The atmosphere of the meeting was warm. Zhang Goryou listened carefully to speeches, recorded in detail and interacted with delegates from time to time.
