粉碎“四人帮”,科学大解放。在“抓纲治国”的一派大好形势下,我们为组合机床及自动线研制的JDD01型棒状刀具自动报损检查装置现已完成。经静态和动态试验证明,本装置具有灵敏度高、重复定位精度高、继电特性好、寿命长,工作可靠等特点。由于全部采用硅管线路,在使用过程中受环境温度的影响比较小,稳定性比较高。该装置的外观见图1。其电原理线路见图2,三管振荡与放大电原理线路见图3,五管振荡与放大电原理线路见图4,三管及五管振荡与放大装置见图5。
