目的探讨血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)在煤工尘肺(CWP)中的变化及意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测188例CWP患者(CWP组)、64例与CWP组相同接尘条件的健康井下作业接尘矿工(接尘对照组)以及50例井上作业非接尘工人(正常对照组)血清中MCP-1和IL-1β的水平,并根据CWP期别、接尘年限及接尘性质等因素进行分析。结果接尘对照组血清MCP-1水平低于正常对照组(P<0.05);CWP组血清MCP-1水平显著高于接尘对照组(P<0.01),但仍低于正常对照组(P>0.05)。而3组血清IL-1β水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同接尘性质CWP组间比较,矽肺组血清MCP-1水平显著高于煤肺组(P<0.05),而2组血清IL-1β水平则无明显差异(P>0.05)。不同期别、不同接尘年限CWP患者血清MCP-1和IL-1β水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MCP-1可能在CWP炎症反应和肺纤维化形成过程中发挥作用。
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in coal worker’s pneumoconiosis (CWP). Methods 188 patients with CWP (CWP group), 64 healthy mine workers (dust control group) and CWM group Normal control group) serum levels of MCP-1 and IL-1β, and according to the CWP period, the dust-receiving life and dust-collecting properties and other factors were analyzed. Results The serum level of MCP-1 in the dust control group was lower than that in the normal control group (P <0.05). The level of MCP-1 in CWP group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01) > 0.05). There was no significant difference in serum IL-1β level between the three groups (P> 0.05). The serum MCP-1 level in silicosis group was significantly higher than that in coal-lung group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in serum IL-1β level between two groups (P> 0.05). The levels of serum MCP-1 and IL-1β in CWP patients of different stages and different dust-exposure years were not significantly different (P> 0.05). Conclusion MCP-1 may play a role in the inflammatory reaction of CWP and the formation of pulmonary fibrosis.
