笔者参与了南阳、新乡、安阳、驻马店、许昌等省辖市水利部门防汛水情信息查询服务系统计算机网络的建设工作。根据自己的工作实践,在网络工程设计、施工中应注意做好以下几个方面的工作。一是进行网络工程设计时,应做到因地制宜,远近期结合,保证质量和安全,便于施工和维护,做到技术先进,经济合理,选用符合国际标准及相关规范的产品。二是在网络工程施工时,应该详细勘察现象,科学规划
I participated in Nanyang, Xinxiang, Anyang, Zhumadian, Xuchang and other provincial water conservancy departments of flood control information service system computer network construction work. According to their own work practices, network engineering design and construction should pay attention to do the following aspects of the work. First, network engineering design, should be done according to local conditions, combining the recent and future, to ensure the quality and safety, ease of construction and maintenance, to achieve advanced technology and reasonable economy, the selection of products in line with international standards and related specifications. Second, in the construction of network engineering, it should be a detailed investigation of the phenomenon of scientific planning
