追求高效课堂是今后教学的最高目标,而实施小组合作学习是实现这一目标的有效途径。它能充分调动学生自主探究、主动获取知识的积极性,它是对语文教师综合素质的大检验。教师要从建好合作小组入手,加强对学生学习方法行为习惯的指导和训练,引入竞争机制,调动学生的积极性,合理安排时间提高学习效率,合理评价学生学习成果,确保整个学习活动取得实效。
The pursuit of efficient classroom is the highest goal of teaching in the future, and the implementation of group cooperative learning is an effective way to achieve this goal. It can fully mobilize the students to explore spontaneously, take the initiative to acquire knowledge, it is a test of the overall quality of Chinese teachers. Teachers should start with the establishment of a cooperative team to strengthen the guidance and training of students ’learning habits and behaviors, introduce competition mechanisms, arouse the enthusiasm of students, rationally arrange time to improve learning efficiency, reasonably evaluate students’ learning outcomes and ensure the effectiveness of the entire learning activities.
