人文思想是社会或集团思想文化及人格道德的概括,充分体现了人与人之间理解、尊重等内涵,是群体思想文化的集中反映。在企业中,人文环境还体现为“以人为本”、“平等公正”、“合作互助”的实现程度。据此,以思林项目部为例,思考水电工程项目部人文环境建设的重要性和紧迫性。
Humanistic thinking is the generalization of the ideology, culture and personality of society or groups, which fully embodies the connotation of understanding and respect among people and is a concentrated reflection of the group’s ideology and culture. In enterprises, the humanistic environment is also reflected in the realization of “people-oriented”, “equality and justice”, and “cooperation and mutual assistance.” Based on this, taking Si Lin Project Department as an example, we think about the importance and urgency of building the humane environment of the Hydropower Project Project Department.
