随着社会的进步,人们生活水平的不断提高,文化馆也顺势而起。我国的文化馆是政府性的公益组织,是当地文化的凝聚中心。文化馆也是当地文化创新、培训等中心地,集文化学习、文化宣传、实践新文化等内容为一体。文化馆在我国的文化事业发展中具有重要的作用。现代化的社会是信息快速发展的社会,如何在这样的社会背景下发挥出文化馆的作用是本文研究的重点。文章主要从文化馆在群众文化活动中的职能及作用方面进行探究,提出可行性的建议,希望能推动社会文化事业的发展。
With the progress of society, people’s living standards continue to improve, cultural centers are also homeopathic. China’s cultural center is a governmental non-profit organization that is the center of local culture. The cultural center is also a center of local cultural innovation and training, integrating cultural learning, cultural propaganda, and practicing a new culture. Cultural centers play an important role in the development of cultural undertakings in our country. The modern society is a society with rapid information development. How to play the role of cultural center in such a social context is the focus of this paper. The article mainly explores the functions and functions of cultural centers in mass cultural activities, puts forward suggestions on their feasibility and hopes to promote the development of social and cultural undertakings.
