采用生物学观测法、静水法、3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法、对棕榈酸硝基苯酯(ρ-NPP)比色法、福林-酚法观测和测定不同温度下蚂蟥生物学特征、耗氧量、耗氧率、消化道淀粉酶、脂肪酶和蛋白酶的活性。结果表明,随着温度的降低,蚂蟥活动减弱、进食减少,4℃后不食不动,头部和尾部弯曲呈“弯月”状;耗氧量、耗氧率以及消化道酶活性随温度下降逐渐下降,10℃后下降趋势减缓,4℃后趋于稳定,不随温度降低而变化;在4℃状态40 d过程中,淀粉酶变化不显著,脂肪酶、蛋白酶活性在20d时有所降低,其中脂肪酶下降后又轻微上升后保持较低水平。结论,4℃为蚂蟥冬眠的临界温度,“弯月”状可作为其冬眠状态的标志。

Conclusion: 4 ℃ is the critical temperature for leech hibernation, and the “meniscus” shape can be used as a sign of hibernation.
