In order to alleviate the impact of the financial crisis on the raw material industry, adjust the industrial structure of raw materials and promote the steady and rapid growth of the raw material industry, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently put forward its opinions on 19 key special projects in the technological transformation of raw material industries.
