“节能”“环保”“安全”“舒适”等一直并称为当代汽车工业发展的几大主题。近些年来,“节能”“环保”等尤其得到我国政府、社会和汽车行业的高度重视,这是我国社会经济和汽车工业发展的必然结果。2007年5月23日,国务院《关于印发节能减排综合性工作方案的通知》(国发[2007]15号),再次将“节能”“环保”的重要性提到了新的战略高度,不仅将“节能”“环保”并在一起说(节能减排),使其关联性突出地显示出来,
