These guidelines will help establish and perform the functions of ethics committees in hospitals and other health care institutions, and selectively form such committees based on the different nature of the organization. The ethics committees of medical and health institutions are in the nature of obligations, education, and counseling, and are not interfered with by the relationship between doctors and patients and the main responsibilities. The function of the ethics committee is generally to solve the special and complicated problems that occur between patients and health care institutions (or related personnel). Typical problems include the nature of life, end-of-life disorders and the use of limited health resources.
