HP40Nb离心铸造奥氏体耐热钢因为具有良好的高温性能而常用于制造乙烯裂解炉管。本文一方面了研究时效时间对HP40Nb乙烯裂解炉管材料力学性能的影响,另一方面研究时效温度对材料微观组织的影响。结果表明:HP40Nb钢抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率随着时效时间的延长而降低,微观组织随时效时间延长持续恶化。时效温度降低,材料微观组织劣化速度显著降低,并以此建议HP40Nb材料实际服役温度不宜超过1100℃,给现场操作提供了参考意见。
HP40Nb centrifugal cast austenitic heat-resistant steels are commonly used in the manufacture of ethylene cracking furnace tubes because of their good high-temperature properties. This paper, on the one hand, studied the effect of aging time on the mechanical properties of HP40Nb ethylene pyrolysis furnace tube materials; on the other hand, studied the effect of aging temperature on the microstructure of materials. The results showed that the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of HP40Nb steel decreased with the aging time, and the microstructure continued to deteriorate with the aging time. Aging temperature decreased, the material microstructure degradation rate significantly reduced, and thus suggested that the actual service temperature HP40Nb material should not exceed 1100 ℃, to provide a reference for field operations.
