开发投资浦东房地产市场维持在景气空间:浦东上半年完成房地产开发投资46.28亿元,比去年同期增长9.7%。新区房地产开发实际到位资金为92.1亿元,比去年同期增长9.6%。上半年共完成土地开发面积39.1万平方米,降幅较1999年减少了1.8个百分点。商品房竣工面积达47.1万平方米,比去年同期增长45.4%,绝对量增加14.7万平方米。空置面积分类指数倒数值的增加,表明新区商品房空置率有所降低。
Development and investment Pudong real estate market remained in the booming space: Pudong completed the real estate development in the first half investment 46.28 billion yuan, an increase of 9.7% over the same period last year. The real estate development in the new real capital of 9.21 billion yuan, an increase of 9.6% over the same period last year. In the first half of the year, a total land area of 391,000 square meters was completed, a drop of 1.8 percentage points from the 1999 level. Commercial housing completed an area of 471,000 square meters, an increase of 45.4% over the same period last year, an absolute increase of 147,000 square meters. The increase of the inverse value of the vacant area classification index indicates that the vacancy rate of commercial housing in the new district has decreased.
