据中国轻工业信息中心消息,今年1-2月,全国食品行业累计完成工业总产值同比增长18.55%。其中1月份同比增长33.83%;2月份同比增长4.77%。从全国食品行业连续3年月度工业总产值对比可以看出,食品行业1月份产值比以前两年有较高的增长,2月份受节日因素影响出现了回落,行业生产形势总体是正常的。从食品行业各小类产品分布情况看,其他食品制造完成工业总产值占食品行业总值的24%,同比增长25.97%;方便食品制造占18.7%,同比增长18.9%;乳制品制造占15.7%,同比增
