研究了12种多官能团不饱和单体对SBR(苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物)和IR(顺-1.4-聚异戊二烯)辐射交联的敏化效应,发现A-TMMT(四丙烯酸四羟甲基甲烷酯)和2G(二甘醇二甲基丙烯酸酯)是SBR和IR的有效敏化剂。对辐射交联SBR和IR的应力-应变、动态力学以及其它性能进行了考察与分析,并与传统硫磺交联法所得产品性能进行了比较,获得了与硫磺交联产物性能相当的辐射交联SBR和IR
The sensitization effects of 12 multifunctional unsaturated monomers on the radiation crosslinking of SBR (styrene-butadiene copolymer) and IR (cis-1,4-polyisoprene) were investigated. It was found that A-TMMT ( Tetramethylolmethane tetraacrylate) and 2G (diethylene glycol dimethacrylate) are effective sensitizers for SBR and IR. The stress-strain, dynamic mechanics and other properties of radiation-crosslinked SBR and IR were investigated and analyzed.
