舆论监督是新闻媒体的基本功能之一,也是推进社会文明进步的重要力量。但长期以来,基层媒体总会遇到监督什么、如何监督等方面的困惑。习近平总书记在党的新闻舆论工作座谈会上指出“舆论监督和正面宣传是统一的”。这为我们如何做好舆论监督指明了方向。要让舆论监督真正成为常态,切实发挥作用,除了以正确的心态去认识事物形成共识、提高监督的能力和水平之外,还要建立相应完善的保障机制,研究方法和艺术,保证其客观公正和健康持久。浙江省诸暨市广播电视台在实践中探索出“舆论监督+”模式,全方位创新监督方式、多渠道开辟监督途径,有效发挥了主流媒体服务大局和民生的作用。
