Pneumonia is an important cause of geriatric disease and often constitutes a direct cause of death in elderly patients. In this paper, we analyzed the hospitalized cases of pneumonia more than 60 years old in the past five years in our hospital, and discussed the clinical features, prognosis and prevention and treatment of senile pneumonia.
