我厂在加工压缩机时,有个零件近孔口处要加工成2×10°的内锥面(见图1),以便压入闷盖时起卡紧作用。这种内锥面如果用普通镗刀加工,不仅工效低,而且质量差。为此,我们设计制造了专用的内锥面锪刀,经使用效果良好。一、结构特点倒内锥面锪刀主要由刀柄、刀杆和活动刀头等组成。刀柄与钻床主轴的莫氏锥孔相配,刀杆通过连接销随刀柄一起旋转,并能沿刀柄上下滑动,活动刀头则用销钉装在刀杆的长槽内。在非切削时,活动刀头在压力弹簧的作用下,紧紧收缩在刀杆体内;在切削加工时,因受到刀柄斜面向下的作用力,使活动刀头向外伸出,参加切削。
