河北省万全县化肥厂是一家以生产农用碳酸氢铵为主的全民所有制小氮肥企业。近年来,由于他们紧紧抓住产品成本这个牛鼻子,不断深化内部改革,使企业很快实现了扭亏为盈,经济效益连年上升。1993年被授予张家口市化工系统“先进企业”。 万全县化肥厂1972年10月建成投产。建厂20多年来,虽曾有过短暂的辉煌,但更多的是在逆境中的挣扎。建厂10年企业累计亏损318.7万元。虽然在1982年企业实现了扭亏为盈,但好景不长,由于市场疲软,企业形势急转直下,无情的市场再次把企业推入了谷底。
