到施工单位找有报酬的劳动我們組織学生参加有报酬的劳动,主要是利用假期,这工作是这样开始的:1956年暑假期間,有部分学生回乡路費有困难,有的因家乡受灾,回去生活有一定困难,都留在学校里复习功課,但因为假期没有助学金,他們留校的伙食費用便发生了問題。学生們提出,请学校和施工单位商量一下搞些零活做。当时正是各施工单位紧張施工时期,很需要劳动力,我們跟工程处、劳动局联系后感到是一个門路,就組織了16个学生,先去試做。这部分学生給工程处运輸队裝卸石子、砂土、磚瓦等建筑材料,劳动情况滿好,每个人4天收入了5元到6元的工資。白天劳动,晚上还能够学习。因而引起其他学生很大的兴趣,紛紛要求学校也替他找些活做。他們是真心想找劳动,但是部分学生在思想上并沒有完全解决劳动观点問題。主要是认为一个高中学生当小工究竟有些寒傖,架子放
