无卤型覆铜板试验方法JPCA-ES-01-1999

随着全世界经济高速发展,人口急剧增加,在人类改造自然环境不断加强的同时,也对地球环境的破坏与危害日趋严重,为保护地球,保护生态平衡,保护人类本身,全球环保问题已越来越受到人们的重视。因而对全球的各行各业纷纷提出了明确的要求,甚至作出了有关规定。如氟里昂等产品在发达国家已停止了使用;在发展中的国家(如我国等)氟里昂产品只能使用到2005年!同样,在PCB使用的覆铜板中也提出了无卤素的明确要求。今后,还会提出范围更广、措施更严厉的规定,如在电子产品上正酝酿着实施“三无”(无溴、无铅、无磷)产品化。为了适应这些要求和发展,今后我们将陆续刊载这些标准和规定,供同行们了解与参用。最近,日本印制电路工业会(JPCA)率先出台了一套无卤型覆铜箔的标准(已收集六种)即: (1)印制板用无卤型覆铜板检测方法 (4)印制板用无卤型环氧玻璃布覆铜板 (2)印制板用无卤型酚醛纸基覆铜板 (5)多层印制板用无卤型环氧玻璃布覆铜板 (3)印制板用无卤型复合基覆铜板 (6)多层印制板用无卤型粘结片上以六个“标准”已由生益科技股份有限公司的辜信实总工收集并在百忙中译出。本刊将分三期(每期刊出两个“标准”)出版。相信,随着这些“绿色”标准的出台和译载。将对环保工作起到积极的推动作用。从而,势必推动PCB工业生产也将走上“绿色大道。上来! 最后,对辜总等同仁致以深谢! Recently, Japan Printed Circuit Industry Association (JPCA) was the first to issue a set of standards for halogen-free copper clad laminates (six have been collected): (1) Halogen-free CCL inspection methods for printed boards (4) (2) Halogen-free phenolic paper based copper clad laminate for PCB (5) Halogen-free epoxy glass cloth clad laminate for multilayer PCB (3) Printed Halogen-free composite copper clad laminate for boards (6) Halogen-free multi-layer printed circuit board with six “standard” has been collected by the live benefits of Science and Technology Co., Ltd.
