针对如何平衡LNG储罐容量与调峰能力的问题,阐述了大型LNG接收站储罐容量与调峰方式的关系。以某LNG接收站为例,对增加罐容和购买现货两种方式对罐容差异和调峰能力的影响进行分析,采用动态设计模型求解现货方式,将连续用气量低于月平均用气量月差值之和作为罐容增加量。提出利用南北地区用气不均匀性时间差,加强南北地区LNG接收站资源的相互调度,可以提高调峰能力和灵活性,充分发挥LNG接收站调峰能力的新思路。
Aiming at the problem of how to balance the capacity of LNG storage tank and peaking capacity, the relationship between storage capacity of large LNG storage tank and peaking mode is expounded. Take an LNG receiving station as an example, this paper analyzes the influence of two ways of increasing tank capacity and purchasing spot on tank capacity difference and peaking capacity. The dynamic design model is used to solve the spot method. The continuous gas consumption is lower than the monthly average monthly gas consumption The sum of the differences serves as the increase in tank capacity. The paper puts forward a new idea of utilizing the time difference of gas inhomogeneity in the north and south regions and strengthening the mutual scheduling of LNG receiving stations in the north and south regions so as to improve the peak regulation capability and flexibility and give full play to the peak regulation ability of LNG receiving stations.
