【基本案情】宜昌赵先生和几个朋友合资在广东某工业区开办了一家吸塑厂,租用房东厂房的二层做车间。房东出租的楼房属三层水泥框架结构,一层是房东自己的工厂,三层是房东工厂的仓库。厂房后面6米处有一拖鞋厂的废料仓库,该仓库占地5000余平方米,大部分废料为露天堆放,其中约有四分之一上面有铁皮遮盖。2007年7月9日凌晨1时30分左右,拖鞋仓库突然起火,冲天的大火
[Basic facts] Mr. Yichang Zhao and several friends in a joint venture in Guangdong opened a plastic factory, rented a two-story workshop of the landlord plant. The landlord rental building is a three-tier cement frame structure, the first floor is the landlord’s own factory, the third floor is the landlord factory warehouse. 6 meters behind the factory there is a drag shoe factory waste warehouse, the warehouse covers an area of 5,000 square meters, most of the waste for the open piled up, of which about a quarter covered with tin. At around 1:30 on July 9, 2007, a sudden fire broke out in the warehouse of slippers and the sky was blazing
