轴齿摆线滚刀齿形是修正摆线齿轮滚刀齿形设计中难度较大的一种。这类滚刀齿形,过去都是采用计算作图法设计,近年来计算器和微机的普及应用,使采用计算法设计轴齿摆线滚刀齿形成为可能。按平面啮合原理,用计算法设计滚刀齿形分三个步骤进行。①确定合理的齿轮滚动圆半径Roδ;②计算滚刀法向理论齿廓;③设计计算滚刀齿形近似代用圆弧。国内外有些文献[Ⅰ][Ⅱ][Ⅲ]对①、②作了较多讨论,但对③却很少涉及。当前,应用计算器和微机设计摆线滚刀齿形,要有一套可供运算的
