城镇供水系统的输配水管道运行状态会对输水能力和输水安全产生重大影响。介绍了基于瞬变流水力分析技术的输水管道检测基本原理,给出了相应的求解方法;依据陕西某市实际输水管道系统的压力监测系统,在已知末端流量的条件下,分别对比了减压阀动作、瞬变水击波速、末端阀门关闭时间对瞬变水击波形的影响,并与实测压力波形进行了拟合分析。根据模拟与实测对比分析结果,发现和判断出输水管道的减压阀和空气阀存在的问题,为输配水管道的高效和安全运行提供了有价值的监控方法。
The operational status of the water distribution pipelines in urban water supply systems will have a significant impact on water delivery capacity and water safety. The basic principle of water pipeline detection based on transient flow hydraulic analysis technology is introduced and the corresponding solution method is given. According to the pressure monitoring system of the actual water pipeline system in a certain city of Shaanxi, under the condition of the known end flow rate, The effects of pressure reducing valve action, transient water hammer wave velocity and end valve closing time on transient water hammer waveforms were simulated and analyzed with measured pressure waveforms. According to the results of the comparative analysis between simulation and actual measurement, the problems existing in the pressure reducing valve and the air valve of the water delivery pipeline were found out and judged, which provided a valuable monitoring method for the efficient and safe operation of the water distribution pipeline.
