国有林业企业集团进入转型升级的关键时期,在用好国家投入资金增加生态储备的同时,国有林业企业还要扩大经营范围,提供更多生态产品,满足社会需求,富裕林区人民。从目前国有林业企业集团的财务管理状况看,财务管理工作存在着一些问题,本文从强化观念、健全制度、资金管理、内部监督、预算管理等方面提出对策。
While the state-owned forestry enterprise groups have entered a critical period of transformation and upgrading, while making good use of the state’s funds to increase ecological reserves, state-owned forestry enterprises should also expand their business scope and provide more ecological products to meet the needs of the society and people in the affluent forests. Judging from the current situation of financial management of state-owned forestry enterprise groups, there are some problems in the financial management work. This article puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening the concept, sound system, fund management, internal supervision and budget management.
