目的 探讨1.5T MR动态增强、扩散成像在前列腺癌诊断中的应用.方法 选取2016年6月至2018年6月80例前列腺癌患者作为研究组,另选取同期接受治疗的80例非前列腺癌患者作为参照组.两组患者均接受1.5T MR动态增强技术和扩散成像技术进行检查,对两组检查的结果进行分析和比较.结果 在0、60、120、180 s时间点的MR动态增强检查结果方面,研究组信号强度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05);在b=0、150、300、500 s/mm2四个b值水平的MR扩散成像检查结果方面,研究组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05).结论 在前列腺癌的诊断中,采用1.5T MR动态增强技术和扩散成像技术进行诊断检查,效果明显,具有较高的诊断准确率,值得临床推广使用.“,”Objective To investigate the application of 1.5 T MR dynamic enhancement and diffusion imaging in diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods Eighty cases of prostate cancer from June2016 to June 2018 were selected as the research group, eighty cases of non-prostate cancer at the same time were selected as the reference group.Both of the two groups took inspection with 1.5 T MR dynamic enhancement and diffusion imaging, and the results of inspection was analyzed and compared. Results At the 0, 60, 120, 180 s time point, the signal strength of the research group were obviously higher than those of the reference group in terms of the result of MR dynamic enhancement, and the differences were significant (P<0.05) .The MR diffusion imaging test results, when the b=0、150、300、500 s/mm2, were lower of the research group than those of the reference group, and the differences were significant (P<0.05) .Conclusions In the diagnosis of prostate cancer, the effect of 1.5 T MR dynamic enhancement and diffusion imaging for diagnostic examination, is obviouse, and the diagnostic accuracy is high, which is worth clinical promotion.
