心房纤颤是临床上常见的一种心律失常。本文分析我院门诊和住院的6010例心电图中,215例心房纤颤的病因与合并其它心律失常的情况。一、一般资料男性121例,女性94例,平均年龄52.6岁,(12～93岁),快速型心房纤颤99例,缓慢型心房纤颤116例。二、病因风心病87例(占40.46%),冠心病62例(占28.83%),高血压性心脏病19例(占8.83%),肺心病9例(占4.18%),甲亢5例(占2.32%),心肌病4例(占1.86%),先天性心脏病、心肌炎、心肌梗塞各2例(各占0.93%),其它病因者7例(占3.
Atrial fibrillation is a clinically common arrhythmia. This article analyzes our hospital outpatient and inpatient 6010 cases of ECG, 215 cases of atrial fibrillation and other causes of arrhythmia. First, the general information of 121 males and 94 females, mean age 52.6 years (12 to 93 years), 99 cases of rapid atrial fibrillation, slow atrial fibrillation in 116 cases. Second, the cause of rheumatic disease 87 cases (40.46%), 62 cases of coronary heart disease (28.83%), hypertensive heart disease in 19 cases (8.83%), pulmonary heart disease in 9 cases (4.18%), hyperthyroidism in 5 cases Accounting for 2.32%), cardiomyopathy in 4 cases (1.86%), congenital heart disease, myocarditis and myocardial infarction in 2 cases (0.93% each), and other causes were 7 cases (3 cases).
