英国广播公司在2015年将阿加莎·克里斯蒂备受赞誉的悬疑推理小说《无人生还》(Then There Were None)拍成了三集同名迷你电视剧。剧中10个身犯血案的人被邀请到一个孤岛,导演通过回忆的手法再现了这10个人的杀人情景。所有人对罪行的回忆都只有一到两个片段,唯有家庭女教师克雷索尔(Claythorne)的杀人回忆多达10次,并贯穿全剧始终。这其实是导演精心铺设的一条隐藏的叙事路径。克雷索尔的多次回忆充分体现了她饱受罪行折磨、沉湎其中不能自拔,预示了她最终精神崩溃、自尽而亡的必然结局。这条隐藏的叙事路径也正是使剧中设定的悬疑部分经得起推敲、剧集改编堪称成功的关键所在。
The BBC made the three-episode mini-series titled “Then There Were None” titled Agatha Christie’s acclaimed mystery novel in 2015. The scene of the 10 prisoners of blood were invited to an isolated island, the director recalled the murder of these 10 individuals scene. Everyone has just one or two memories of the crime. Only Claythorne, the family female teacher, recalls as many as 10 killings and runs through the play. This is actually a hidden narrative path carefully laid by the director. Kressour’s multiple memories fully demonstrated that she was tortured and indolent, indicating the ultimate outcome of her collapse and death. This hidden narrative path is also the suspense part of the play set to withstand scrutiny, drama adaptation is the key to success.
