目的探讨老干局老年人正常生活状态下的心电图特征,以指导心血管急症的处理。方法采用常规12导联心电图,不定时记录下1 000例老年人的图形,并对其进行排序分析。结果1 000例老年人中心电图正常223例,异常777例。ST-T改变,心律失常及束支阻滞多见,这也是急诊常见的情况。结论根据心电图的分析结果针对老年人采取适当的治疗措施,防止急性心血管事件及猝死的发生。
Objective To explore the electrocardiographic features of the elderly under the normal life conditions of the senior cadres in order to guide the treatment of cardiovascular emergencies. Methods The routine 12-lead electrocardiogram was used to record the irregularities of 1 000 elderly people from time to time and to conduct the sequencing analysis. Results The electrocardiogram of 1 000 elderly people was normal and 223 cases were abnormal, with 777 abnormalities. ST-T changes, arrhythmia and bundle branch block more common, which is also a common emergency situation. Conclusions Based on the results of electrocardiogram analysis, appropriate treatment measures are taken for the elderly to prevent the occurrence of acute cardiovascular events and sudden death.
