在刑法教学过程中选取案例并加以运用,不仅可以增强学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高学习的效率,还可以培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,建立良好的师生关系。选取案例时应坚持典型性、适度性和实用性三大原则。在运用案例进行教学的过程中,应采取课前布置案例并组织学生分组阅读、学生在课堂上分析讨论、教师点评总结和学生课后书面汇报等四个步骤,以便能够取得理想的教学效果。
The selection of cases and their application in the process of criminal law teaching can not only enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of students, improve the efficiency of learning, but also cultivate students’ abilities to analyze and solve problems and establish a good relationship between teachers and students. Select the case should adhere to the typical, modest and practical three principles. In the course of using teaching cases, we should take the following four steps: arranging cases before class, organizing students to read in groups, analyzing and discussing in class, summarizing teachers’ comments and writing after class in order to achieve the desired teaching effect.
