目的:对经结肠镜下高频电摘除大肠息肉效果进行评价。方法:对412例采用镜下高频电圈套器摘除及高频电灼除治疗的大肠息肉患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:12例(2.91%)出现出血,所有出血通过内镜下治疗均得到有效控制,无发生穿孔、严重出血并发症。结论:通过内镜下高频电切除息肉是一种安全、有效的方法,仍是目前治疗消化道息肉的首选方法。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of colonoscopic polypectomy for colorectal polyps. Methods: The clinical data of 412 cases of colorectal polyps treated by high frequency electrosurgical excision and high frequency electrocautery were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS: Bleeding occurred in 12 patients (2.91%). All bleeding was effectively controlled by endoscopic treatment without perforation and severe bleeding complications. Conclusion: It is a safe and effective method to remove polyps through endoscopic high-frequency electrosurgery. It is still the first choice for the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps.
