今年6月中旬以来,我国福建、广西、湖南、湖北、江西、安徽、江苏、黑龙江、吉林、内蒙古等省区遇到了严重的洪水灾害。长江流域发生了自1954年以来又一次全流域性大洪水,已出现5次洪峰。持续50天的江水浸泡,万里江堤险象环生,数百万军民奋起抗洪,经受住了一次又一次考验。松花江流域嫩江出现超历史记录的特大洪水,其来势之猛,持续时间之长,洪峰水位之高、流量之大,都为历史之最。军民团结奋斗,已取得了抗洪斗争的初步胜利！
