随着网络媒体技术的日新月异,政务性微博逐渐涌现并参与到各个国家的政治活动当中。由于政务微博作为一种媒介工具流通于政治领域,因此它在国内和国际这两个层面上对政治沟通都有着积极的变革意义。本文着重讨论的是政务性微博在国际关系层面的应用,特别是在外交层面对政治沟通的影响。结合政治沟通的理论,对比分析中国和美国微博外交的实际运用情况,继而讨论中国微博外交发展过程中出现的问题,并提出相应对策。
With the rapid development of online media technology, the government affairs microblogging gradually emerges and participates in the political activities of various countries. As the government micro-blog as a media tool circulating in the political field, so it has a positive change of political communication both at the national and international levels. This article focuses on the application of government-controlled microblogging at the level of international relations, especially on the diplomatic level of political communication. Combined with the theory of political communication, this paper comparatively analyzes the actual application of the Weibo diplomacy between China and the United States, and then discusses the problems in the development of China’s Weibo’s diplomacy and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
