1～3％碳酸氢钠溶液临床上常用作清洗口腔治疗鹅口疮,近来我科发现2例由此引起的新生儿惊厥,报道如下。例1 男、21天。因四肢抽搐一日余入院。患儿因鹅口疮而给予2％碳酸氢钠溶液洗口腔,两天共用了40ml。用药当天出现烦躁,易惊,不吃等症状,次日入睡后四肢频频抽搐,每次持续数秒至十数秒,间歇约1～5分钟。起病后无呕吐、无尖叫、无出血症状。混合喂养、母乳为主。体检:发育正常,营养良好,无发烧,体检过程中约每3—5分钟发作抽搐一次,每次数秒至十数秒,发作时意识丧失,头向右歪,双眼凝视,下颌抽动,四肢强直,发作停息后自然啼哭。皮肤无黄染,颅
