最近国家税务总局发布的2002年度中国纳税排行榜爆出了一条大新闻:一大批社会知名的富豪和他们的企业都没有进入该榜。据《北京娱乐信报》报道,大庆油田有限公司以纳税175.04亿元高居榜首,中国石油天然气公司以107.56亿元紧随其后。奇怪的是,《福布斯》2002年内地100名富豪只有四人及其企业进入私企纳税50强,《新财富》杂志今年4月排出的2002年度中国400名富人,也只有12位和他们的企业进入私企纳税50强——白纸黑字的排行榜又一次把“富人纳税”的现状摆到国人面前,仇耶,痛耶,悲耶?
Recently released by the State Administration of Taxation in China’s tax rankings in 2002 broke a big news: a large number of well-known society and their wealthy did not enter the list. According to the Beijing Entertainment Letter, Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. topped the list with a tax payment of 17.504 billion yuan and China National Petroleum Corporation followed 10.756 billion yuan. Curiously, Forbes, in 2002, only four of the 100 richest people in the Mainland and their companies entered the top 50 private-sector taxpayers, and Fortune magazine released only 400 of the 400 wealthy Chinese in 2002 and 12 of them Enterprises into the top 50 private-owned taxpayers - black and white list of white paper once again the status quo of “rich taxpayers” placed in front of people, hatred, pain, sadness?
