目的:探讨标识在ICU患者管道识别中的实施方法及在护理安全管理中的应用与效果。方法:设计上遵循醒目,临床实践中便于识别的原则,根据临床需要,对不同管道进行不同的标记结果:护士能快速识别各种管道及快捷、准确交接班,减少护理缺陷和隐患,提高了患者满意度。结论:ICU管道标识的实施,确保了患者留置管道的安全,提高了患者和护士满意度,使护理质量得到了持续改进。
Objective: To explore the implementation of identification in the pipeline identification of ICU patients and its application in nursing safety management. Methods: Follow the eye-catching and easy-to-identify principle in clinical practice. According to the clinical needs, different tubes were marked differently. Results: Nurses can quickly identify all kinds of tubes and quickly and accurately hand over transitions to reduce nursing defects and risks and improve Patient satisfaction. CONCLUSIONS: The implementation of ICU pipeline marking ensured the safety of patients’ indwelling tubing and improved patient and nurse satisfaction, resulting in continuous improvement in the quality of care.
