土槿皮乙酸(1)是中药土槿皮(Pseudlarix kaempferi Gorden)中主要抗真菌成份.其化学结构已经物理及化学方法证明,并确定了分子中四个手性中心的相对构型.近年发现它具有抗早孕作用.本文报道用圆二色散测定土槿皮乙酸的绝对构型. 圆二色散(CD)中的激子手性法(Exciton chirality method)是测定有机分子绝对构型的一个十分有用的方法它不仅可用于测定两个相同的发色团之间的空间关系,而且也可以根据两个不同的共轭系统的相互作用,测定其绝对构型.
Hibiscus skin acetic acid (1) is the main antifungal component of Pseudlarix kaempferi Gorden, whose chemical structure has been proved by physical and chemical methods and has determined the relative configuration of four chiral centers in the molecule. It has the anti-early pregnancy effect.In this paper, the determination of the absolute configuration of hibiscus hibiscus acetate by circular dichroism is reported.The exciton chirality method in circular dichroism (CD) is a very good method to determine the absolute configuration of organic molecules It is useful not only for determining the spatial relationship between two identical chromophores, but also for determining the absolute configuration of two different conjugated systems based on their interaction.
