2009年4月10日,省委在南昌滨江宾馆隆重召开选派副厅级后备干部赴工业园区挂职锻炼动员大会,省委常委、组织部长弘强代表省委讲话,对这批后备干部提出了“锤炼党性、提升能力,破解难题、促进发展”的要求。大规模选派后备干部到园区挂职锻炼和学习培训,在我省还是第一次。在省委组织部的安排下,培训班的85名学员,在挂职前开始了为期一个月的苏南取经之旅。
On April 10, 2009, the provincial party committee held a grand election in Nanchang Binjiang Hotel to dispatch deputy reserve-level cadres to the industrial park to hold training mobilization meeting. Provincial Party Standing Committee and Organization Minister Hong Qiang spoke on behalf of the provincial party committee and proposed to these reserve cadres “Tempering party spirit, enhance ability, solve problems, promote development ” requirement. Large-scale selection of reserve cadres to the park attachment training and learning and training, is the first time in our province. Under the arrangement of the Provincial Party Organization Department, 85 trainees of the training course started a one-month trip to southern Jiangsu before leaving for duty.
